We only ship to the address specified in the order and will charge the shipping charge if the package is returned due to undeliverable. If the package is damaged at delivery, please refuse the package or submit the claim request with damage pictures.
The parts we provide are aftermarket replacement parts, we are only responsible for the parts we sold, and we can accept returns, refunds, or replacements if there are any problems with the parts, we do not compensate your labor, towing, repair, rental expenses or any other related expenses.
We have warehouses located in USA and China, return can be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for the orders from the USA or China, items must be returned in good condition, items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted. All returned items will be inspected before issuing refunds, shipping costs are non-refundable and a 10-20% restocking fee will be charged based on the condition of the returned item, no refund will be issued for the damaged items. Return can't be accepted for orders from other countries rather than USA or China due to the expensive international shipping charge and return charge, please contact us to verify if you have any queries before ordering.
